I love the company, and I love the people I work with. The culture is great, and everyone is marching to the same goal, to be the #1 Fan brand in the world. It's truly an incredible place to work.

Competitive salary, stock options, bonus, and 401k match are all of the highlights of the compensation package.

everyone is happy to be working together to keep the business progressing. it's a collaborative environment that engages new ideas

Inclusiveness. The culture and an environment foster great interpersonal relationships, a lot of team building and collaboration in fun ways

I love what I do! I love sports, I love ecommerce, and it's great to work for an organization like Fanatics that values it's employees so much.

The push for folks to unapologetically be themselves. Also, the support in place for folks with growing families, and the work life balance that comes a long with that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is transparent about company progress towards it's goals, and has an honest outlook of the company, and what we're trying to achieve, and how we're going to get there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wouldn't say undervalued, but undervalued compared to similar positions across the industry. Additionally, when raises and performance reviews happen, the step up structure is minimal (2-3%), It's a hard pill to swallow when the company is doing so well.
