they take ownership of their leadership when i am not around. they pick up on training well
What do you like best about the leadership team?
overall they are open to discuss anything. Issues I have is follow through. Hard to get answers on some things in a timely manner, especially in regards to merchandise

there is always a challenge when i come in, whether it is an employee, schedule, merchandising, challenge, I thrive under issues and enjoy working to make our property better
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
our employees are as much of fans of our team as of fans are and it apparent when they are interacting with the fans. We do our best to foster a positive growth environment with an open door policy
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the health savings account and they options for other benefits. Would be nice is deductible would be less with a little less out of pocket throughout the month. I am working so much that I don't have time to see a doctor throughout the day so if i need to be seen it is urgent care
