Overall, I do enjoy working for Fanatics. The growth the company has seen over the past few years is truly amazing. However, with the quick growth comes challenges such as systems, communication and flexibility. Those could improve. However, I feel like we are moving in the right direction.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The group of sales managers are far and away the best in the business.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the industry. I enjoy working with my accounts. When able, I like to solve day-to-day problems. And it is great that my job is not monotonous in any way. There are different challenges daily.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't necessarily feel undervalued. However, we are a merch driven company, and, often time, I do not feel like sales has a voice at the table. The sales managers deal with the best of the best accounts and based on the total volume I feel like our base salaries could be elevated.
