Overall has been a positive experience. I wish we focus more on long term stuff and build software/systems which are geared towards resilience rather than fixing problems in short term. Also, teams can be a little more proactive in working together rather than each team re-inventing the wheel
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their clear vision, and attitude and respect with which they treat us (especially Doug and Mat in SM office) and their confidence in always being honest and true towards the mission.

My team is built on trust and transparency. Bosses are true leaders who inspire me to come to work everyday and provide stretch challenges which improves my horizon and knowledge and general risk taking abilities
