good name to work with, but no work life balance. i shouldnt have to use PTO for my kids' doctor appts/school gathering or sick days. i should be able to work from home.

Team morale could be better. My team does nothing on the clock or off the clock.

Getting more of it. I come from another state where I would've made $10 an hour more than what im getting now.
