work is work. For the most part its fine, I like doing what I do, but there are too many cooks and not enough direction

fairly relaxed and open to personal time and work pace within reason
What are some of the best things about your team?
hard working, friendly and talented people working together to maintain a high level of quality in our department
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
it's a job, and while I enjoy the benefits of steady employment, pay is low compared to cost of living and that makes things drag
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There seems to be a whole lot of managers and executives and very little through line in communication. Workers would benefit from competitive pay with the rest of the industry.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I have worked to earn a particular income by experience, but am paid considerably less in this position. Advancement also seems like the least the company can offer while continuing to praise it's financial gains.
