There is no consistency to titles across the company. People with less responsibilities are hired in at higher levels/titles. No pay increase, stock options that may or may not come to fruition. Poor health benefits.
Understand the capabilities of the organization including lack of tools and systems. Management often wants a perfect answer from an imperfect system. People are burning out trying their best to deliver with no help only more work.
