It could be SO MUCH better. So much politics, blaming others, and a culture of trying to do as little work as possible while getting all the glory when things go right. Certain mgrs are stuck in the past & block their employees from opportunities. Other ppl are protected to the company's detriment.

We work in a cool field! That keeps me going when I feel disheartened.
