What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is really helpful when asked. They are all pretty nice to talk to as well and make this a comfortable environment to work in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Looking at comparable job rates and talking to people about the going rate for my knowledge, seniority and numerous built skills are and getting such small raises each year is a little disappointing. Especially knowing the hiring rate is just below what I make now I feel like I deserve a raise.
