The energy everyone provides everyday. Even when the team or teammates are having off days, there is some positive energy for everyone to be able to work as a team.

everyone understands each other's workload and will come together as a team to ensure everyone meets their deadlines. there is always open communication with out team for any positive or negative that is happening.
