I should start off by saying that I love Fanatics. There are things that could be better but overall I'm approaching 5 years now and it's flown. I am engaged, challenged and motivated to deliver. However, I've experienced too tight a deadline & brash management (rarely).

lovely people, clearly employed with the same framework to get good people in which good skills.

I like the effort that they show, unfortunately I think that effort has lost focus on where it should be.

I've never felt I've had to wait long between news of benefits or the package in general, the review process must be good!

there are various benefits, there are some which are simply there for the sake of it though and I believe need review to be kept up-to-date. Since we now operate in some sort of hybrid model for wfh, can that be looked at?
