Great company to work for because of where the entire company is headed. Within our office we have great people to work with. In my particular department there is no growth potential.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no growth plan for me specially for me in my department. I now have has an employee under me and was promised a plan and have yet to talk to anyone about it.
