The team concept. We all work together towards a common goal. This keeps us engaged with each other.

Engagement by supervisor to athlete: . Show the athlete that we are invested in their well being and professional progress.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Availability. In operations I have access to contact the VP of operations and the FC's GM. Our team takes the open door policy very serious. In fact, I have the cell number of the OPS VP in my cell contacts.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the innovative way we are compensating our team. Program such as Gym-Pass, Jenny Craig etc.. are all new. These programs will keep our employees happy and are a morale booster. I can appreciate the fact that these are all healthy and new choices.
