90% of the team we're all on the same page in a true One Fanatics effort.

Very transparent. There's never a moment we don't know what our goals are or where we're going in the future

Young and eager to grow their careers here. The co-op program has done wonders for the team in finding talent that will succeed here.

Great collaboration when we're all together in the same room. The team is a great mix of people who've been working here for years + recent graduates who come with new ideas & a burst of energy about them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've had to receive job offers from other companies in order to get raises here. Last year it did feel good to finally be recognized with a promotion, even if it was a year later than it was supposed to be. The amount was underwhelming but appeasing. More stock option benefits always a plus
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While the pay rate has been significantly better over the years, we still underpay compared to the local market. I can go to a different company in the area & easily get paid more for doing less. As a manager, my biggest concern is losing great young talent because we're not competitive in salary
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In order to get a meaningful raise here, you have to get an offer from an outside company to get it matched. Being reactive vs. proactive when it comes to salaries, isn't great in employee's eyes. I've been doing director-level work for over 2 years and continue to be paid at a Sr. Manager level
