HR is friendly. SCRUM methodology practice is good. The updates on hot markets can be more clear.

I am happy on the equity shares and look forward to get them exercised and to get some discretionary bonus.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a vision about goals and the leadership team trickles it down to the smaller teams. Still there is room for improvement to make the goals more long sighted.
