it started well , now it has become monotonus we work on projects. I see only senior leaders progressing in promotions we work only to build careers of our management team, I thought it should be win win for both

4 year since I joined My salary just increased by 9% , I joined below market rate , 9% in 4 years Not sure why management doesnot understand
