What are some of the best things about your team?

its a relaxed environment and work gets done on time

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Have the yearly budget done on time, put money aside so that the different teams on the Tech side can cross-train. Also if something requires an NDA to be signed, why we moving people into a room who have not signed an NDA yet.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The Tech side is 10% underpaid per the national average, the CW warehouse is falling apart and has mold. The benefits need to be looked at, if am paying such a high amount every two weeks why did my deductible double compared to the last insurance company.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

you really can't, every time anyone tries to advance you go through the interview process and never given an answer when you were told that they would reach out to you about their decision. Need to stop hiring drug users, Operations need to enforce policy when user's lose equipment or damage it.
