
Transparency Allow for teams to self-manage
They are aggressive. They bring passion to the group. They are transparent in most areas.
1) I'm amazed at the job they do in keeping our Health Care plan increases to a minimum. Bonus % increases with position changes have been nice.
I've been fortunate to have/keep a core here for almost 7 years now. A good mix of folks to keep things going in a pinch vs. innovative ideas to introduce to our tech areas.
