What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Trying to encourage the athletes that their opinions matter and to speak up with ideas and questions.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Consistently holding all athletes to all of our policies and procedures verses picking what to enforce and with who. I can continue to call it out when I see it happening and try to coach them on how it affects the entire leadership team as a whole as well as the moral of the athletes.
