Overall it's a good experience. Things lacking are communication from upper management down the chain of command. Also I see a lot of meetings for no reason.

Work well together. Able to bounce ideas off of one another to get the work done.

With my location - everyone is so nice and approachable. Plus known several of them since I was a child.
