Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Annual stock refreshes -- the lack of them makes Fanatics very unfavorable in any financial compensation comparison. This is especially true with discussion of potential IPO / acquisition -- there isn't much incentive for any other than those at the very top of the organization.
