Super fast pace company. Communication is open at all levels. Managers are taking care of the employees. But Fanatics is still short of hands and that puts work load to the existing employees.

Problems resolved internally. Problems resolved for external customers.

Annual bonus. In 2021 peak period, some employees receives extra bonuses.

open environment, openly share info, top down and bottom up at the same time

Constantly to come up with ideas to improve the operations such as automation/cost saving/processes improvements, etc...

Bonus. It all depends on the profits from the fiscal year. The better we work as a team the better bonus we will get.
