The people and leadership. Also the relaxed environment in a busy and fast paced team.

Not sure I have a best part. I get a decent salary, car, bonus. It's all good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Happy, friendly, cooperative, professional, all working towards the same goal. We have a great team here in the UK IT Dept.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Since Fanatics US has taken over the UK office I've noticed a big chance in how management works. I finally get what leadership means - most companies I've worked for talk about leadership but they're a mile off. Our leadership team really invest in us, support us and let us get on with it!
