Slow down long enough for us to catch up and establish appropriate controls, processes, and procedures. Stop internally developing all software. Gives us the tools we need to succeed.
Look for and make process improvements. Focus on making things more efficient. Open communication. Follow through on tasks and accomplish goals rather than just being busy all the time.
Growing too fast. We have no technology nor the right people to keep up. Total lack of scalability makes it very concerning that we will not be able to stay successful at the current growth pace.
Extremely overwhelmed due to lack of controls, poor processes and tools. Pace/growth is too fast to keep up and have time to implement the necessary changes. We keep choosing the wrong technology that doesn't work and creates more manual work.
