Equity package to be more invested in company.

Better work/life balance. More events to get people engaged.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No transparency in compensation. Known variances within peer group.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Better qualified for the work they perform. People who can do research and think for themselves.

What makes you most happy at work?

I am able to learn something new every day. I am always challenged and never bored.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Slow down long enough for us to catch up and establish appropriate controls, processes, and procedures. Stop internally developing all software. Gives us the tools we need to succeed.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Look for and make process improvements. Focus on making things more efficient. Open communication. Follow through on tasks and accomplish goals rather than just being busy all the time.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Growing too fast. We have no technology nor the right people to keep up. Total lack of scalability makes it very concerning that we will not be able to stay successful at the current growth pace.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Extremely overwhelmed due to lack of controls, poor processes and tools. Pace/growth is too fast to keep up and have time to implement the necessary changes. We keep choosing the wrong technology that doesn't work and creates more manual work.
