What makes you most happy at work?
Being productive, I like what I do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid Time Off, Health insurance and 401k. I would like to see an incentive on the 401k side, maybe raising the pairing to 4%.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have keep us moving forward, expanding and growing the business. Every year the processes are more refined making us more productive. Establishing better benefits for athletes, having options in health insurance and alternate benefits. "Across the network" growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We try to live by our core values, One Fanatics... Win as a Team, Missionary not Mercenary, Innovative Products and Fan Experiences, Execution and Agility... Over Talk, it translates in to a great work experience, in looking forward to coming to work, everyday!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am blessed with a team that works as a family. The phrase "Team work is what makes the dream work" might be corny but in my facility thats the way it is. We want to see each other succeed even if our individual goals are different, we all want to grow!
