What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat everyone the same across & not just their friends. Remember employees who have been here since the beginning 14yrs now or 5+. We are overlooked & not given opportunity;at least on my team. Seniority is nill w/company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Listen to me when I have suggestions & actually hear me.Having someone on team tell me what to do who is not in leadership roll, is wrong.We are under paid & crossed trained to do other work that is not our roll.
