What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits and 401K is fantastic. It is also very rewarding to have the opportunity to receive a bonus for the hard work put in throughout the year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team-building activities and events that bring all employees together. It allows everyone to intermix with those in the company from all different department we might not normally interact with.
What makes you most happy at work?
Coming in every day to work with my team and face new challenges. There's never a dull day and it's a fast, exciting pace being in the licensed sports world.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is truly invested in the development and success of the people here at Fanatics, and it's evident by the resources available like Fanatics University. There is a sense of an 'open door policy', and the leadership team is always approachable and there for support.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on the team is very team-oriented, and we all just work very well as a team. We're all forward thinking and open to new ideas that will will help create new and innovative product. At the end of the day, my teammates all support one another and help each other grow.
