Change is inevitable here, usually for the better. Sometimes I wish non-IT people were not making IT decisions unilaterally and spontaneously but other than that, I'm agreeable with life at Fanatics.

Catching up on progress made in my absence. Greeting workers in the call center.

Personable, practical, good character men. They trust me to do my job in the best way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Pro Football spoken here! People know my team and it's an icebreaker topic for new hires.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The elective nature of benefits. I'm not forced to pay for benefits I can't afford or have outsourced.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open communication. I can speak candidly and seldom have to parse my words. This is unique to my manager. If a miscommunication arises, I am given ample opportunity to present my side of the issue without the immediate assumption that "the lower ranking person is always wrong." Rare elsewhere
