What do you like best about the leadership team?

The ability for them to utilize current skill sets with in the team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The steps taken to get everyone on the same page for our culture.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Work load not balanced. No visibility over pay scales as a company. Others do less with higher pay compensation.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The workers are ignorant and operations management only cares about "call outs" and not enforcing whole policies. Special circumstances for ops management spending when the company is supposed to be doing 20% more with 20% less.
