What are some of the best things about your team?

Close group of people that work well together.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

More recognition for the great work people do. Also pay scale is way off for the company.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The pay is way off for most positions that are not on the warehouse floor. Moral is in the gutter. Pay needs fixed asap and employees need to feel appreciated and taken care of.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Sadly the culture is almost toxic. We used to have more associate appreciate event that no longer happen. There is an open door policy but when you talk to the leadership they dont really care and nothing happens to correct the issue.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We are asked to do more with less daily. Only the mistakes are brought to light and never to good things that are done. Being asked to do things that are above our current pay rate with no increase in pay rate.
