So far so good. I have been at the company for over a year and a half and genuinely enjoy the work and environment. The job is very flexible in terms of being able to flex my hours around personal needs (childcare drop off and pickup) and working remotely.

What makes you most happy at work?
Working on projects that have a direct impact on growing sales. I don't need to come to work for a bunch of perks... I really love being able to see my actions translate into sales $.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me, it comes down to the results driven work environment and the flexibility in scheduling my day. Some days I have to leave early to pick up one of my kids from preschool, and knowing that when I sign off early, it's not an issue. What's important is driving sales and bottom line performance.
