Been with company from 13yrs, so nothing much to explain. I love the sports from beginning and went on with same enthusiasm and spirit. As the company grow, lot of changes happened for good and bad, this might be an era of bad flow. Have seen a lot on this company so life doesnt stop, move on.

I have my responsibilities and work ethics that keeps me balanced.

Problem here is that, I have no co-worker that really understands my role of job, its like ONE MAN SHOW
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company has lot but nothing being implemented by the team I am in and its just there on the books
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its not undervalued but mainly over loaded and also no proper path for future . Staying in a SILO mode is more horrible to work...
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My concern is mainly my team/Manger/Director that I am working has no proper understanding of job role and overall picture what entails for my role or to develop in person
