I am pleased with my employment with my company. My team has overcome some obstacles and we are impacting the company positively. I am exposed to some things that don't make me feel good as an employee but overall I am thankful for my job and the things I am afforded because of it.

I believe that our leadership (I am referring to executive) team does well at communicating objectives and how they plan to get there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe that culture is great due to the things we are afforded. The ability to maintain work life balance is awesome.
