1. They encourage us to exploring new things and provide decent amount of time for the same. 2. No bossy kind of behaviour, that way they are always reachable for any concerns.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1. couple of benefits has got T&Cs built such a way that they arent useful for ex: Children fee. I feel this should benefit all employees but not specific ones 2. One of the key component in Pay and considerable amount is taken away after two years and thus pushing back to where I started off.
