Career growth in terms of learning and promotions is a lit bit slow in fanatics. The base pay is not up to the market standards for the work experience

I would like to get paid according to the kind of work I do at fanatics and equivalent to the what I can make for the same role at a different organization. Instead my current pay is based on what I used to make in my previous organization.
