What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Get on the same page and not tell one person one thing and the next person something different. If you got to the 3 of them with the same question you will get 3 different answers on how to handle problem

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is never any notice if you are one of the few employees who make quota every day and do your job. Even during peak when you get farmed out and still make above quota there is very rarely a thanks
