I like the concept of Discretionary Time Off (DTO) as opposed to traditional vacation, sick, personal, etc.

They trust us to do our job without constant updates, reminders, advice, etc. They do not micro-manage us but treat us as professionals. They respect their leaders and allow us to lead.
