Overall good. There are some processes that need to be better streamlined to improve accuracy, performance, and creation of the best products on the market. Also needs to be more understanding of processes across teams from a higher level.

Love the FAN groups initiatives. Appreciate we're trying to be the best in the business.

They're trying to update the culture from the top down. They are communicative to the general company audience.

Learning new things and being involved in an important part of the process that touches many parts of the company.

We're a tight knit group, willing to step in and help out no matter what and we like to get things done, as quickly as we can, and accurately!
