I have been with Fanatics going on 9 years and I enjoy it. I have seen a lot of changes over the years and people come and go, good people. I believe that as we continue to grow as a company more good things will follow and I can continue to grow with Fanatics.

we have a very diverse group of people working at Fanatics.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We do have a good team, but sometimes you do need to push some of then to get things done and be motivate, but over all we work well together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
a company the size of Fanatics really needs to look at paid table because I don't feel they paid accordingly. I feel for my title and amount of work I do my compensation should be higher. that title and # of EE puts me at a 75th percentage which is between $81K-$95,500
