We need to work on putting our employees first; work life balance doesn't exist currently and there is a risk of that getting worse when we return to the office in September. Great teamwork at Fanatics within the managers and staff. We are hiring good people to cultivate the right kind of change.

Care about the people; set realistic expectations with the rest of the business and understand that we are under-resourced.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Took a pay cut to come to Fanatics; we don't pay our employees competitive wages and we don't have a range that we stay in for employees within a certain title. I have the same level employee with comp. skills that have $15k difference between them.
