Generally positive experience when operating inside my silo but when interacting with other teams "us vs them" mentalities are alarmingly common... and tolerated.

Technical staff are give a lot of discretion about where they spend their time within their silo.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Put your money where your mouth is. For example, you tout diversity and inclusion but only 2/12 C-level positions are filled by women. Likewise, despite clear evidence that pay transparency reduces the gender pay gap you only disclose that when required by law to do so. IE: Colorado
