Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

It's been terrible. Ford needs to address the inequity of their spin-off to Visteon and make amends to those so adversely impacted. They UAW came out unscathed, the salaried folks were hurt tremendously. Those in leadership turn a blind eye -- yet they say they are committed to righting wrongs.

I've spent 25 years here, even selected for leadership programs, but have not been promoted, just passed over. Tired of being told how great my ideas are, but not being compensated. I am not valued. Too much nepotism and "club" behavior between the incompetent ones who are screwing up the company

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We put in very long hours and are not compensated for them. That is exacerbated by our Global environment. Our bonus' should be fair profit sharing and not based on metrics we cannot control of which we're consistently docked (while the hourly folks benefit).

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everybody is dedicated -- although retention is a problem. With only some getting pensions, supplemental, subsidized healthcare until 65, there is little incentive for long term retention. The only benefit in retirement is A plan -- who really cares about that.

Salary needs to be treated fairly, like the hourly. Salaried folks are taken advantage of -- I've seen the transition of unfairness over decades. People should be paid the hours they work and for commitment to undesirable conditions like supporting global time zones, launches and travel.

incompetent leaders & co-workers. People doing jobs they do not have skills for. SME's being isolated / not promoted / not compensated / not consulted. Fair pay for equal work. Promoting people based on diversity, not knowledge.
