What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership at the supervisor and even manager level is decent but home office needs to touch grass and actually start being responsible for the gaslighting and destruction they cause in this company.

The management team does not seem invested in developing others only furthering their own careers. Instead of resolving issues they seem only interested in covering them up. There is so much talent that gets over looked and pushed out the door its a wonder the organization continues to grow.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
GEICO has a pretty good benefits package. My out of pocket expenses have been very minimal after insurance

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Profit sharing was taken away, benefits were cut and changed to worse coverage. Merits are only for cheaters and the promise bonuses is just gaslighting and lies.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My actual team is amazing. Knowledgeable and supportive. My supervisor is a rockstar. I'm lucky with my team as a lot of others struggle to be supported in their role.

A new leader that cares about customers and employees and has integrity. the regulators should address the business practices of this company.

Compensation and follow through on "threats" to fire the underperforming associates. Threats can't be carried out do to hiring practices.

There are no customer service goals only volume goals and productivity.

I beleive my career has hit a ceiling and there are no avenues to further it. I have expressed interest in taking on projects and new challenges and have been denied the opportunity, but then asked to help others on projects they are doing to advance their career. I have become disengaged
