the leadership team seem to be against change. against growing as the company grows. want to do thing the same as they always have even with the company growning so much

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is competitive. Love work from home.

I get a bonus based on the hard work I do to get projects across the finish line.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Mostly just need a way to keep up with the rising inflation.

In 2022, there was no employer match to my 401K, and the paid time of allowance is very marginal. These two peices of compensation are completely NON-competitive with technology companies. Additionally, I am accoustomed to having 2 to 3 additional paid holidays than what GoodLeap provides.

Paid Time Off is just two weeks / year, which is not competitive with other technology companies. (Sick Leave is available. ) Fewer paid holidays than most companies. 401K and Paid Time Off accrual does not kick-in until employee has been at the company for 90 days. Poor dental insurance.

What are some of the best things about your team?
It is a very collaborative work environment. There are many opportunities to work on challenging projects, to learn, and to grow in your career. My colleagues are smart and innovative, and share their knowledge. We take time for team building activities.

Improve their enterprise software development skills. Better understanding the the impact of their decisions and and the discipline of software development. Stop relying blindly on process.

Our mission is inspiring! I like the company values. Our Quarterly All Hands meetings are engaging, transparent, and full of meaningful information. Leadership is supportive of employees.
