A healthy work culture starts from the top. The culture of HealthEdge is extremely refreshing. There is a genuine feeling of care, compassion, teamwork, and helpfulness throughout the entire company. I never hesitate to ask questions because everyone is always welcoming and supportive.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare benefits have reasonable employee premium cost share and are generous in comparison to other Healthcare benefits in the past. Bonuses are always a "bonus".

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our comp & benefits are mediocre at best. They are not competitive.

My average raise over 10 years at HE is under 1%. Performance reviews are not meaningful and based solely on managers very limited view of my work. No actual performance measurements in place.

Historically the company has been very poor with the entire review process. Things have started to improve but the damage has been done. 5% total compensation increase in 5 years is unacceptable for a high performer on the team. Also as inflation has been very high there shoukd alao be a market adj.

The team environment is us vs. them. Both my coworkers have made complaints to HR against our manager and both have made further claims of retaliation for those complaints. I'm walking on eggshells around all of them because of this
