Not killing enthusiasm, stop racially profiling guests, and maintaining employees for more than 1 day

This was the worst place they never really cleaning ur bed the right way and company had an expection and with the black light and the boss says they saw pre on the bathroom walls n slober on the pillows it's crazy they do a sloppy job and never knew that.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We carry alot of responsibilty for the whole hotel. Besides catching stress of guests we also catch the stress of management.

So many rooms and then when they give u extra rooms when u finished it's but gets don't get paid for those

It is like any normal workplace. There are some hiccups with personality types clashing once in awhile but management handles things very professionally.
