The DCs get left out of the activities very disappointing seeing the games and fun and not being a part of it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sales managers I know are making 25% more than my current value with a lot less unattainable sales goals with no product to sell.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
TCTC, we need real information not fluff. Our Customers are about done with the company line and not being able to hit dates is severing long term relationships that will have years to mend back.
