Recent change in management which has taken lead in bringing the changes to allow flexibility and nurtured open communication

It's unfortunate that management thinks it's important to significantly pay more for someone new but leave the current equal grade employees where they are but still have same expectations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Slightly less compensation for the region, need to be little agressive compensation not just for new hires but also so make sure current team is fairly compensated. May loose some good team members as other companies in the area are adjusting to market changes
