We all work well together and respect each other. we all try to help each other. There is no I in TEAM.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People at other companies in the same role make a lot more than me, but I do more work with a lot less resources. Everyone has a breaking point. More pay and more people to reduce the load on myself and my team.
