WITH ALL THE DIFFERENT COMPENSATION TO THE EMPLOYEES ,THE PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS WERE NOT INCLUDED.IT SEEMS THE SUPERVISORS CONTRIBUTIONS ARE NOT IMPORTANT OR VALIABLE TO THE COMPANY SUCCESS .
